TERMS & CONDITIONS

Every Colored Diamond offered for sale on Colored Diamond Exchange is guaranteed to be natural. Every stone will be certified as a natural colored diamond and will be free from irradiation and color enhancements.

All orders must be processed by email and will include a hard copy confirmation.

Most of our diamonds are purchased by Bank Transfer. This is the accepted method of payment and the majority of our business is conducted in this way.

Other forms of payment are certified bank checks, money orders or personal checks are also accepted and in the case of a personal check the diamond will be delivered after funds have cleared which generally takes between 5-10 business days.

If you are not 100 % satisfied, we will send you a refund request form to be filled out and signed. All orders may be returned within 10 days of accepting delivery for a full refund. Once we receive the completed request form, we will refund the purchase price.

All diamonds must be in original condition without having been changed in any way. All returns must have the original copy of the identifying certificate(s) along with the order form. Returns without all of their original documentation will not be honored.

All returned diamond(s) must be sent via insured delivery for the full purchase price. We are not responsible for diamonds returned uninsured.
